Catherine Redgate is an illustrator based in Scotland; in 2023 she was searching for a UK jigsaw manufacturer. She contacted All Jigsaw Puzzles through our Instagram page to explore the idea of using her illustrations for custom jigsaws. She was looking for information on pricing, piece sizes available, specifications, and minimum order quantities. Melanie worked with Catherine to navigate the easy and simple process of manufacturing quality custom jigsaws. Through collaborative decision making, a ‘launch’ collection of 3 jigsaws were decided on; 2 x 1000 piece jigsaws and 1 x 500 piece jigsaw. Digital artwork proofs, including high resolution 3D mock up images were provided to Catherine for careful checking and signing off. Production doesn’t commence until clients are 100% happy with artwork. As a new client, payment of a pro forma invoice was required before Catherine’s order could be processed. Once paid, Catherine had a range of 3 fantastic custom jigsaws delivered 4 weeks later to add to her portfolio and for her customers to enjoy puzzling. |
