Our puzzle-obsessed team has been creating high-quality jigsaws from our bespoke factory in Devon, UK, for over twenty years. We’ll work alongside you to design and spec an on-brand puzzle that will appeal to your audience, and we’ll handle all production and fulfilment on a drop-shipping basis, sending your customer’s orders directly to them on your behalf. There’s no minimum order quantity and no requirement for you to hold stock. 

Here’s how it works:-

• You provide us with a high-quality image and decide which of our puzzle sizes you’d like to offer. Our most popular sizes are the 1000-piece puzzle (66cm x 50cm) and the 500-piece puzzle (50cm x 38cm).
• We’ll transform your image into an engrossing puzzle complete with a polybag, a branded box and an A4 poster of your chosen image as a puzzle guide. You’ll receive a 3D digital proof to sign off before we make your production sample.
• Your custom-produced sample will be with you within one week, ready for you to approve, photograph and add to your website.
• Once the puzzle is live in your shop, you simply send us a daily or weekly CSV file or API of orders. There are no complicated IT integrations to worry about.
• We print on demand, pack the puzzles and dispatch them directly to your customer within a maximum of five days.
• We use Royal Mail’s Tracked Delivery service for UK shipping, and you’ll automatically receive tracking details upon dispatch. We also ship internationally using a fully tracked service.
• We invoice you at the end of each month for all shipped orders. This empowers you commercially, as you don’t pay us until your customers have paid you.
• Our sales team handles any order, returns and delivery enquiries on your behalf.
