World of Moose
“As puzzlers ourselves, we’ve loved designing our own jigsaws and now have happy customers waiting for our latest designs."
Moose Allain and Karen, World of Moose
World of Moose is a creative partnership between artist and cartoonist Moose Allain and his wife Karen. Their artworks sell as originals, prints, T-shirts and custom made puzzles which can all be bought from his website. He is popular on Instagram and Twitter and his detailed designs work really well as 1000 piece puzzles as they contain all the tiny characters and colours that a puzzler wants.
Starting with just one puzzle design back in 2020 World of Moose now has 5 puzzles we drop ship for them. Moose and Karen visited the factory to see the puzzles being made before taking the leap into working with us. We love it when clients visit us and will always be happy to show you around. Finding a local British made puzzle supplier was important to them.
World of Moose is a great example that you are ‘never too small’ to get into 3rd party drop shipping for your puzzles. They send us through a daily csv order file to our email address and we then pick it up from there and print the puzzle, stamp it, create the box and dispatch it out direct to their end consumer. They don’t have to hold any stock on the shelf and worry about it not selling, as all orders are ‘printed on demand’ with a 3-5 day turn around. We then bill World of Moose at the end of the month for all orders shipped, so they don’t pay us until they have been paid themselves.
It is easy to grow a collection so once we have Moose’s latest jigsaw artwork signed off, we keep that imagery on file, assign a SKU to it and off we go! The daily order CSV file just has to include the SKU, quantity and delivery address and we do everything else. We also have an automated post-back service for order confirmations, which include the courier tracking links. That way their end customers can be kept up-to-date on the location of their puzzle.
Drop shipping gives World of Moose the flexibility to sell without holding stock and huge upfront costs. They can then concentrate on what they do best, imagining characters and stories and pushing their designs out via email and social media to drive sales.
