The Happy Puzzle Company and their sister brand Mad4Jigsaws are a major player in the games and puzzle ecommerce market in the UK. We have been working with Gavin Ucko and his dedicated team since 2017 and now handle the jigsaw fulfilment side of their business, by drop shipping their puzzles direct to their customers on their behalf.
The Happy Puzzle Company have a vast and varied collection of jigsaw ranges, from the ever popular Football Crazy 400 piece series, to 1000 piece subscription puzzles for their Jigsaw Club, their 98 map puzzle series called Jigraphy, as well as personalised photo puzzles and much much more.
We are experts at creating print on demand jigsaws, such as a personalised one-off puzzle – a photo jigsaw where the customer uploads a picture of their birthday party to the Happy Puzzle website and then that photo and the order details are pinged through to us, and we print on demand the unique puzzle and create a matching box.
In order to manage the workflow of daily orders, as well as all the data and media assets that come with them, we have invested in a state-of-the-art order workflow system called HPSiteFlow. This system runs our two thousand square metres of factory space and all the orders that flow through it and allows us to ramp up production easily during peak selling times such as Christmas. Happy Puzzle have a direct API into HPSiteFlow and we receive daily drop ship orders which are printed, stamped out, boxed, bespoke leaflet inserted and dispatched out via a tracked delivery service within 3-5 days, world-wide. All orders dispatched have tracked delivery and the tracking link and dispatch details are automatically sent back across to Happy Puzzle so they can update their customers daily. We also have a dedicated Customer Services department who are here to handle any queries and requests from the Happy Puzzle team about their orders.
