Here’s how it works:-

• You decide which of our stock titles you’d like to list on your website.

• We’ll supply you with all product images and search-engine-optimised descriptions so you can quickly and easily add the listings to your website.

• Your website takes the orders, and you send us a daily CSV file or API, which integrates seamlessly with our drop-shipping infrastructure.

• We dispatch within a maximum of five days – however, most of our puzzles are in stock and ship within 48 hours.

• We use Royal Mail’s Tracked Delivery service for UK shipping, and you’ll automatically receive tracking details upon dispatch. We also ship internationally using a fully tracked service.

• We invoice you at the end of each month for all shipped orders.

• Our sales team handles any order, returns and delivery enquiries on your behalf.

Every puzzle is packed into a polybag within a high-quality box, with a folded poster included as a guide. All orders are securely and professionally packaged for transit in a snug-fitting outer wrap that’s fully recyclable.
